When you create an account: your name and email, and your phone number if you add it.

When you sign in with Google or Apple: your name and email only.

What you enter yourself to manage your properties: properties, tenants, leases, payments and expenses. That data is yours and we use it only to provide the service to you.

Tenant details are entered by you as the property owner or manager, and you are responsible for collecting them lawfully. We only store them and show them to you.

On Google cloud servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export a full copy of your data at any time.

We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing, and we show no ads. The only parties that process your data are the storage provider (Google) and the payment gateway when you subscribe; we never see your card details.

If you invite members to your account, they see your data according to the permissions you grant, and you can revoke their access at any time.

Browsing as a guest needs no account and collects no personal data; its sample data is deleted automatically after a week without use.

You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website, and all of your data is permanently erased from our servers.

The service is for property owners and managers and is not directed at anyone under 18.

When we make a material change we update this page and its date.
